I have worked in teaching for over 20 years and firmly believe that all children should access an inclusive education that meets their needs.  My work with inclusive solutions has given me an opportunity to work with some inspiring young people, determined to fulfil their dreams, which makes proud to be part of such a rewarding career.

Apart from teaching, I am passionate about volunteering in the community! It has taught me many transferable skills and given me an opportunity to meet people from a range of backgrounds. Over the years, I have worked with vulnerable women in the community organising annual retreats and fundraising events. It is extremely rewarding to give back and help others.

 I live by the motto of trying everything once! Some of biggest achievements so far, have been publishing a poetry book and climbing Mount Snowden and Ben Nevis!
