Inclusive Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Inclusive Solutions is the trading name of Inclusive Solutions UK Limited, a limited company based in Nottingham, registered in England with company number 04516384.
We are the data controller for the information described here.
Contact for anything about your data: colin@inclusive-solutions.com.
What we collect and why
When you email us, use the email links or send our enquiry form
We receive your name, email address and anything you tell us, such as your school or organisation, the training you are interested in and how you heard about us. We use it to reply to you and to arrange training. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you have sent us.
When you sign up to our newsletter
We collect your email address. We use it to send you news, ideas and training updates. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
When you buy a book, resource, online course or membership
We collect your name, email address, billing details and, for physical items, your delivery address. We use this to process your order, give you access to courses and keep financial records. Our lawful basis is to fulfil our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations for tax records.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
When you create an account to access online courses
We hold your name, email address and which courses you have access to, so you can log in and continue learning. Our lawful basis is to fulfil our contract with you.
When you browse the website
We use Google Analytics and Squarespace's own analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and how people find us. These use cookies. We only set analytics cookies if you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences button at the bottom of every page. Our lawful basis is your consent. Squarespace also sets some cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your basket.
When you use a form on this site
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. It checks that a real person is using the form. Google processes some technical information about your device to do this.
If you don't give us your details
You don't have to give us any personal information. But we can't reply to an enquiry, process an order or give you access to a course without the details we ask for.
Who we share it with
We use trusted services to run the website and our work. They only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Squarespace (website, online shop, courses, newsletter emails)
- Stripe (card payments)
- Google (email through Google Workspace, Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA)
- YouTube and Vimeo (some course videos)
Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where that happens, they use legal safeguards approved for international transfers.
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 5 years after our last contact
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Orders and financial records: 6 years, as required for tax
- Course accounts: while your access continues, then we delete them
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your information, where we don't need to keep it by law
- limit how we use your information
- stop using it, if you object to how we are using it
- give you your information in a format you can take to another organisation
To do any of these, email us at the address above. We will reply within one month.
Where we rely on your consent, such as for the newsletter or analytics cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
We don't make any decisions about you using automated processes.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
