Social Media & Marketing Manager

I’m Kayla, a freelance Social Media and Marketing Manager working alongside the lovely team at Inclusive Solutions. In my role, I get to promote the amazing work the company does raising awareness around inclusive practices for children and adults with complex needs. Through creating content, video editing, and looking after our online communities, I help share Inclusive Solutions message of belonging and positive change. I also help to promote the great resources the team have put together, including their books, online courses, training sessions, and YouTube channel.

Alongside this, I work as a Support Worker in a semi-independent children’s home, supporting young people as they take important steps towards independence. Having both roles means I can combine my passion for social justice, creativity, and working with young people in a way that feels meaningful. I really enjoy using creativity to connect people and make a positive impact.
