Online Course Terms and Conditions
Last updated 16 October 2026
These terms apply to self-paced online courses bought from www.inclusive-solutions.com from October 2026 onwards. By buying a course you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
Inclusive Solutions is run by Inclusive Solutions UK Ltd (company number 04516384), Nottingham. You can contact us at colin@inclusive-solutions.com.
2. What you are buying
When you buy a course, you buy a personal licence to watch, read and use that course for your own learning and professional development. You do not buy the course itself. We keep the copyright in all course materials.
3. One person only
- Each course purchase is for one named person: the person whose details are used to create the account.
- You must not share your login, or let anyone else use your account, watch the course or use its materials.
- You must not copy, record, resell or pass on course videos or materials, or use them to train other people, unless we have agreed this in writing.
- If we have good reason to think an account is being shared, we may contact you and may suspend or close that account. We will not do this without first telling you why and giving you a chance to respond.
- If you want colleagues to take the course, please ask us about an organisation licence (see section 9).
4. What "lifetime access" means
Where a course says "lifetime access", you can use it for as long as Inclusive Solutions continues to offer that course online. It does not mean access for your lifetime whatever happens. In particular:
- We may update, improve or reorganise a course. We will keep the main content you paid for, or replace it with something at least as good.
- If we decide to withdraw a course, we will give you at least 90 days' notice by email. During that time you can download any materials we make available for download. We will also offer you either free access to a similar course of ours, or a fair partial refund.
- If Inclusive Solutions stops trading, or stops offering online courses, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can, aiming for at least 90 days, and make downloadable materials available where we can.
- Subscriptions (for example, all courses for a monthly fee) give access only while your subscription is active. They are not lifetime access.
5. Using the website
Our courses are hosted on our website, which runs on Squarespace, and some videos are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. We work to keep them available, but we can't promise the site will always be available or free of faults. Short breaks for maintenance or technical problems are not a breach of these terms. If you can't access a course you have paid for for more than 30 days in a row because of a problem on our side, you can ask us for a fair partial refund.
6. Certificates
Where a course offers a certificate, it confirms that you completed the course. It is not a professional qualification.
7. Refunds
- If you are unhappy with a course, contact us within 30 days of buying it and we will refund you.
- This is on top of your legal rights. Under UK consumer law you have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but that right ends once you start the course, because you asked for access straight away.
- Refunds are paid to the card or account you paid with.
8. Downloads and resources
Downloadable worksheets, templates and handouts are for your own use and for use with the children, young people, families and colleagues you work with directly. Please keep our name on them. They must not be sold, published or uploaded elsewhere.
9. Organisation licences
Schools, local authorities and services can buy a licence for a set number of named staff for a set period, for example 15 users for 1 year. The number of users, the period and the price are agreed in writing with each organisation. When the licence ends, access for those staff ends, unless it is renewed.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes will not take away access you have already paid for. The version that applies to you is the one on our website on the day you bought your course.
11. Your personal information
We use your details only to give you access to your course and to contact you about it, in line with UK data protection law.
12. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Questions
Email colin@inclusive-solutions.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
