Why this is important now

The SEND Reform consultation closes on 18 May, but this work does not end there. Our collective response will be strong, but this is only the beginning. As the bill moves through Parliament, our movement and our voices must become even stronger.

To achieve a truly Inclusive Education system, we must end segregation, intersectional injustice and discrimination that exists within education. This network will play a key role in that work.

As ALLFIE’s Our Voice have said, this network, with young Disabled people across the country, particularly in the North of England, will not accept exclusion and discrimination within the education system. We are too important for that!

Who should attend

Whether you are a Disabled person, part of a Disabled People’s Organisation (DPO), an educatorally, or someone passionate about ending exclusion, racism, homophobia, ableism, and inequality within education - we want you there.

We look forward to seeing you on 11 June - In Solidarity!

Please note: The event will be recorded & shared across ALLFIE’s social media channels.
