Out of stock: Items temporarily out of stock will be dispatched upon receipt from suppliers.
Refunds:

In the event of damage or discrepancy of goods received, retain all packaging and contact us within 14 days of receipt. Claims cannot be pursued without original packaging. Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition and returned with a copy of the Delivery Note or Invoice. A re-stocking charge of 10% will be deducted from credit note or refund.
